We are looking for a Head of Performance Affiliate & Partnerships for a fast-growing D2C consumer-tech & e-commerce company; with an international team and a culture built on ownership, experimentation, data-driven decisions, and continuous learning.
The company operates in 30+ markets, generates over €100M in annual revenue, and is a reference player in the home & wellness industry, combining high-performing products, technology, and a strong digital footprint.
We are hiring a leader to redefine and elevate the Performance Partnerships function — one of the most strategic revenue engines in the business.
⭐The Role
Strategic Leadership
- Redefine the end-to-end Performance Partnerships strategy for Europe.
- Build a clear roadmap with ambitious targets, KPIs, and prioritization frameworks.
- Identify and unlock new verticals, partnership models, markets, and growth opportunities.
Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own the full P&L of the channel (revenue, margins, conversion, ROI).
- Unify and scale the affiliate programs across Europe, turning them into a powerhouse of growth and revenue.
- Drive innovation in commission models, creative collaborations, and content strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maximize affiliate impact by expanding presence on loyalty and perks platforms, reaching over 80% of relevant audiences.
- Own and grow company's visibility on review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, marketplaces), creator content (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Reddit), and forums
- Explore next-gen discoverability on emerging AI-driven platforms, positioning the company as a leading, trusted brand in innovative channels.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6.
- Build a culture of ownership, high performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Execution
- Partner with Product, Data, CRM, Content, and local market teams to deliver seamless user experiences and effective growth loops.
- Ensure editorial content drives activation, conversion and long-term retention.
- Work with technical teams to enhance tracking, integrations, and attribution models.
🔍What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, cashback, loyalty, rewards, or other transactional/performance-driven environments.
- Proven track record of scaling performance channels with significant revenue impact.
- Experience in European markets in fast-growing D2C, consumer-tech or e-commerce companies.
Skills & Mindset
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and obsessed with performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills with major retailers, marketplaces, and digital brands.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required (additional EU languages are a plus).
