    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist for a multinational company; with +10,000 employees around the globe.

    As a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist working in the People department, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and processes, to guarantee a correct execution on time, form and resources.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Hiring needs identification and stretch collaboration with hiring manager to draft the ideal profile and requirements. Decision if managed internally or through Headhunter based on capacity or profile specifics.
    • Workforce planning in terms of new hires & replacements and recruitment cycle organization (number of interviews, hiring team, timings).
    • Recruitment process owner from vacancy publication, screening, interviews, candidates’ feedback, and experience.
    • Usage of Predictive Index to define role´s competence profile and cognitive level.
    • Conduct the first-round interviews or second if through Headhunter and create a complete report. (Interview outputs, Business Case results, PI results)
    • Create the Offer package and manage candidates’ acceptance y logistics on starting date.
    • Coordinate pre-onboarding items such as formalizing hire in the system, materials request, new hires documents request.
    • On & Offboarding processes; First day, first week, first month as well as first 3 months review and probation period. Exit interviews and offboarding hypercare.
    • Learning cycle owner, applying our 70% (on the job training), 20% (coaching) & 10% (training sessions) methodology,
    • Create and develop annual training plan in line with available budget and based on company´s priorities, manager requests and individual employees´ needs.
    • Coordination with the external trainers and boosting internal trainers’ network.
    • Training grants
    • Local and corporate tools management; Recruitment & Training modules - Workday, Predictive Index
    • Data Quality; Ensure data quality and accuracy across all tools & systems.
    • Reporting; Monthly and quarterly HR KPIs, both local and corporate.
    • Continuous Improvement; process improvement, with strong focus on candidates & learning experience.
    • New projects; participate and co-lead projects such as on & offboarding ticketing or employer branding.

    Who we are looking for:

    • You have + 4 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition in multinational companies, preferably related to the Technology sector, APP, banking or scale up.
    • You have some experience in Learning or you don’t have the experience, but you are eager to learn.
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Administration / HR / Psychology / Business or similar.
    • You have a high level of English (B2-C1) and Spanish (Bilingual or Native).
    • You are a team player with good communication skills; eager to collaborate and put employee experience first.
    • Holistic view and planning skills for projects/initiatives definition & delivery.
    • Strong employee / candidates experience knowledge.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization or externally.
