🎯Mission of the role

To support the continued growth across Spain and Portugal, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the Energy Management team, supporting strategic and operational decision-making related to revenues, market exposure, and business performance.

This role combines financial analysis, business partnering, and data analytics in a highly dynamic environment.

In this position you will act as the Finance partner of the Energy Management area, supporting revenue-related analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for renewable energy assets.

The role will provide insights and analytical support to help understand market impacts, optimize decision-making, and support the company’s growth strategy.

✍️Main responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Energy Management team in Madrid, supporting business and strategic decisions related to revenues and market performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret large volumes of operational and financial data related to renewable energy generation assets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for the Energy Management area.
• Analyze market trends, energy prices, regulation changes, and their impact on revenues and business performance.
• Develop and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, and internal systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting and analytical processes.
• Support critical business processes related to energy commercialization, hedging strategies, and revenue optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Asset Management, and Energy Management teams across Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg.

🔍What we are looking for

• + 5 years of experience in Finance business partnering roles, FP&A, business controlling, commercial finance, or similar.
• Previous experience within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of Energy Management, Asset Management, electricity markets, or revenue management within renewable generation businesses.
• Experience analyzing market impacts, pricing dynamics, regulation, and revenue evolution.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with financial planning and performance analysis tools is a plus (e.g., OneStream).
• Fluent English required.
