We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Product Marketing and Go-To-Market Specialist to join a leading global digital platform for services and payments.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager; and you will be focused on enhancing our competitive positioning and delivering exceptional value to our sales processes and products.

You will define buyer journeys and adapt sales propositions, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the necessary tools and insights to excel.

Your efforts will significantly contribute to positioning our products effectively in the market while aligning closely with the needs of our clients.

🎯Responsibilities:

  • Act as the expert on company products, translating technical details into clear benefits for users and clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to new clients, optimizing product offerings for successful adoption.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, gathering and analyzing insights to drive actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams, using Medallia data to shape value-driven marketing strategies.
  • Design and adapt value propositions and supporting materials for specific verticals and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Develop buyer personas for key verticals to guide marketing and sales strategies.
  • Define the buyer and customer journey, establishing objectives for each stage to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Create differentiated product positioning and messaging aligned with customer needs.
  • Champion the “demo concept”, creating materials that support sales teams in communicating product value.
  • Launch and manage campaigns to increase product usage and understanding among clients.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools (battle cards, playbooks, etc.).
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and forecasting outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration between Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to drive unified execution.

⚒️Tools:

  • HubSpot and Salesforce (marketing automation & CRM).

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Product Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market Specialist, or similar role.
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
  • Strong background in Content and Copywriting and market analysis.
  • Background in internal communication or HR is a plus.
