OneTalent is recruiting a Group Corporate Controller (FP&A & Consolidation) for an international group with 5,000+ employees and a strong ambition for transformation.
The role will be based at the Head Office, which acts as a center of excellence—connecting all business units and leading strategic projects, digitalization initiatives, and financial standardization across the organization.
The company operates through Centers of Excellence (COE) for functional expertise, Service Centers for process harmonization and automation, and Connectivity HUBs for best practice sharing across business units.
Context:
This is a Group-level role with full exposure to all businesses and all geographies. The Controller will operate at corporate HQs, working across the entire organization to deliver consolidated reporting.
You will drive management consolidation for the whole Group, connecting financial results from every Business Unit and ensuring a clear, accurate view of global performance.
The position requires someone who can connect multiple moving parts, navigate different projects simultaneously, and understand the broader business implications of financial decisions.

What You Will Do:
a) Group Management Consolidation & Reporting (50-60%):
- Lead group-wide management consolidation & reporting processes. Handle finance IT systems and ensure reporting outputs are aligned with business needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, aligning with IFRS/GAAP and Group standards
- Prepare high-quality presentations & reports for Board of Directors and shareholders.
b) FP&A and Business Partnering:
- Develop standardized dashboards, templates, and KPI frameworks for financial and operational performance tracking. Provide critical analysis and challenge BU performance on KPIS
- Analyse and report on consolidated budget / forecasts, connecting the Group’s strategic priorities with the financials, and assessing risks and opportunities
- Partnering with BU finance teams: understanding deeply the businesses and their goals to support them in their strategy and transformation journey
- Along with BU teams, drive planning cycles and business performance reviews
- Prepare ad hoc analyses (i.e. scenarios, what-if simulations or sensitivity) to support management decision-making processes.
c) Strategic Projects & Corporate Development:
- Support the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives (M&A, capital investment, etc.) and other cross-functional / cross-BU transformation initiatives focused on financial process improvement, digitalization, and cost optimization.
Who We’re Looking For:
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience working in multinational or multi-BU environments; ideally in HQs
- A valuable combination of backgrounds such as Big4 audit, corporate controlling, FP&A, or multi-BU experience.
- Strong accounting foundation combined with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
- Experience with EPM systems (Hyperion, OneStream or others).
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and consolidation processes.
