Reports to: HR IT Applications Manager
This role is part of a long-term HR digital roadmap. You will actively contribute to transformation, not just execution.

🚀 What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing our HR applications ecosystem, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
We are looking for a consultative, hands-on profile who:
• Can challenge external partners
• Understands system architecture deeply
• Is able to discuss solutions and defend decisions
• Knows the “guts” of the system
Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors
• Employee Central (EC)
• Leading global Time Management configuration and maintenance
• Managing integrations through Integration Center
• Building reports, analyses, and dashboards in People Analytics
• Running workshops with stakeholders to gather functional requirements
• Documenting processes, configurations, and functional decisions clearly and thoroughly

🎯 What We're Looking For
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Knowledge of People Analytics
• Proficiency with Integration Center
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working closely with external vendors
• Trustworthy, structured and solution-driven
