We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist for a multinational company; with +10,000 employees around the globe.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, working in the Marketing department; you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

We are seeking for someone with a proven track record in go-to-market strategies and a passion for digital platforms enhancing employee experience.

The ideal candidate will be someone who excels in cross-functional team collaboration and is adept at positioning, launching, and driving the adoption of this product related to employee experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Go to market strategy (30% of the time): Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies and campaigns for our new digital employee engagement platform.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:Develop clear and compelling product messaging B2B and B2E that differentiates the product in the market. Tailor this messaging for various segments and ensure it aligns with customer needs and the company's brand values.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated go-to-market approach. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and key selling points.
  • Launch Planning and Execution:Plan and manage the launch of new products or features, coordinating all aspects of the launch timeline. This includes preparing go-to-market materials, planning launch events, and ensuring internal teams are ready to support the launch.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization:Establish KPIs to measure the impact of go-to-market initiatives and assess their success against business objectives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, adjust strategies, and improve future product launches.

2. Customer needs, competitive landscape, and value propositions (30% of the time): Conduct market and client segmentation to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and value propositions for employee engagement platform and Partners team.

  • Client Segmentation Analysis:Conduct detailed analysis to segment existing and potential clients based on various criteria such as industry, company size, user behavior, needs, and potential revenue. This segmentation should inform personalized marketing strategies.
  • Value Proposition Customization:Tailor value propositions for each client and group of users segment to address their specific challenges, needs, and business goals. Ensure that messaging and communication strategies resonate with each distinct segment.
  • Targeted Marketing Initiatives:Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns designed to engage different segments of clients and users. Utilize appropriate channels and tactics for each segment to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling Strategies:Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base by understanding the varied needs of each segment. Create strategies to introduce additional products or enhanced features that align with their business objectives.

3. Marketing tools and content for employee engagement platform and Partners team (20% of the time): Create compelling marketing content, including sales materials, product videos, and case studies for engagement platform and Partners team.

  • Content Development:Create engaging, informative, and persuasive marketing materials tailored to different stages of the customer journey. This includes brochures, white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, and social media content that effectively communicate the product's value proposition.
  • Brand Consistency:Ensure that all marketing materials maintain brand consistency in terms of voice, design, and messaging across all channels and platforms. This is crucial to build brand recognition and trust with the audience. Work closely with other marketing and communication team members to ensure a common strategy between the new product and the existing ones.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing materials using key metrics to understand their effectiveness in driving leads, conversions, and engagement. Use these insights to refine content strategies and improve future marketing materials....

4. Partners value proposition plan (20% of the time): Responsible of marketing merchants value proposition plan.

  • Collaborate with product and merchants’ team to develop our affiliates value proposition.
  • Develop several marketing materials for these audience.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates

Who we are looking for:

  • You have around 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Product Marketing Specialist or similar role..
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • You have a high level of English (B2-C1) and Spanish (Bilingual or Native).
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
