OneTalent is recruiting an OT & Industrial Network Security Specialist for a leading international group in the food and consumer goods industry, with operations across Europe, USA and Africa and a portfolio of well-known brands.
The role is based at the corporate HQ in Barcelona and sits within the IT Transformation & Cybersecurity team.
The role
The selected candidate will be responsible for the cybersecurity and network security of the company’s industrial environments (OT/ICS), acting as the bridge between factories, IT teams and external OT security partners.
This position combines:

The role has a strong international scope across multiple manufacturing sites and plays a key role in ongoing OT security transformation and standardization initiatives.
Although the position requires solid technical understanding, the day-to-day focus is more oriented towards coordination, architecture, governance and project leadership rather than pure hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve OT security architectures, including network segmentation and secure remote access solutions.
- Coordinate OT security projects across multiple international manufacturing sites.
- Manage external OT security, networking and industrial cybersecurity providers.
- Act as the main coordination point between factories, engineering teams, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Support industrial risk assessments and OT security improvement initiatives.
- Oversee OT security operations, monitoring and secure connectivity services.
- Ensure alignment between IT and OT security standards and operational realities.
- Generate reporting and updates for cybersecurity leadership and steering committees.
What we are looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity and/or network security within industrial environments.
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of network security, segmentation, firewalls and industrial connectivity.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443.
- Ability to coordinate external providers and manage multi-site projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English professional proficiency required.
