We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for a multinational company; with +10,000 employees around the globe.

As a People Operations Specialist working in the HR department, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and people processes, in order to guarantee a correct execution on time, form and resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination with our external payroll partner and finance department for delivering the payroll process.
  • Daily people operations and administration management; hires, leaves, data changes, individual requests and administrating benefits.
  • On & Offboarding processes; hypercare on contract management, benefits enrollment, accesses & tools requests as well as finalizing labor relation, payments, accesses & tools finalization.
  • Coordination with the external provider of labor relations
  • Work councils’ management
  • Local and corporate tools management; People Portal - Workday, Presence Tool, Payroll Portal, Flex Portal - Flexible Compensation
  • Data Quality; Ensure data quality and accuracy across all tools & systems.
  • Reporting; Monthly and quarterly HR KPIs, both local and corporate.
  • Continuous Improvement; process improvement, procedures digitization, digital documents inventory, HR KPIs Dashboard.
  • New projects; participate and lead projects in the people operations area, such as new absence model, on & offboarding ticketing, contract framework update, Collective Agreement Benchmark

Who we are looking for:

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar position.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Administration / HR / Psychology / Business or similar.
  • You have a high level of English and Spanish (Bilingual or Native).
  • You have some experience in Compensation & Benefits, rewards, remuneration policies…
  • You have some experience in supporting expats.
  • Good level in excel/PPT.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills; eager to collaborate and put employee experience first.
  • Planning skills for projects and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization or externally.
