We are looking for a Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a huge go-to campervan marketplace for road trips with +400 employees worldwide and presence in 15 European countries, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

Thanks to its digital approach and customer-centric orientation, the company has developed a strong booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices.

You will be joining a dynamic and technology driven company, working with a team of 20 nationalities and young dynamic people.

Following the company’s expansion, we are seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition who will be based in the HQ in Lisbon.

✏️The Role

You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff & People Director; being responsible of building and executing a global talent acquisition strategy that ensures high-quality hiring at scale.

We are looking for someone who can hire, develop, and manage the best high-performing talent acquisition team.

🎯What will you work on?

  • Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that ensures high-quality hiring at scale.
  • Implement both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all functions (operations and HQ).
  • Optimize and scale recruitment programs (university partnerships, referrals, outsourcing).
  • Develop data-driven processes to track recruitment performance, improve conversion rates, and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Strengthen employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice globally.
  • Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business growth across all three regions EMEA, NAM and APAC (21 countries and counting).
  • Hire, develop, and manage the best high-performing talent acquisition team.

⭐Who we are looking for?

  • 8–12 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience at a scale-up and fast-growing “building environment”
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies.
  • Proven track record managing both operational roles (e.g., field-based, sales, logistics) and HQ/office-based roles (e.g., tech, finance, marketing, product).
  • Experience working with and managing external recruitment agencies (outsourcing, RPOs, executive search firms).
  • Ability to build and scale processes with strong focus on automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership experience, with ability to build, manage, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build relationships across cultures and seniority levels.
