We are looking for a Senior / Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET & JS) for a profitable and fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2016 in Paris; who helps hotels respond intelligently to guest reviews at scale.

The company has presence across Europe and 90% of hotels in Barcelona use the platform.

They are currently a team of 72 employees and growing; with offices in Barcelona, Paris & Ghent.

The platform centralizes hotel reviews and uses advanced AI and algorithms to generate intelligent responses and extract actionable insights from guest feedback. Hotels don’t just reply to reviews — they improve operations based on data.

🎯 The Mission

We are looking for a Senior / Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer to play a key role in the evolution of their back-office, dashboards and new product features.

This role is based in Barcelona with 2 days/week onsite (Tuesday & Thursday).

You will join a highly technical environment with:

• 2 AI Engineers
• 1 Tech Lead
• 3 Developers

The company is building its developer presence in Barcelona — you would be part of that foundation.

This is a structured, product-driven role with real ownership and future growth.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain and evolve the backend (.NET) and frontend (React). The largest portion of the work will be on the backend.
• Contribute to a microservices architecture hosted on Azure
• Ensure technical excellence (testing, performance, scalability, clean code)
• Break down features into structured tasks and deliver within roadmap timelines
• Work closely with AI engineers on innovative features and data-driven solutions
• Translate client needs into scalable technical implementations
• Contribute to dashboards, graphs, algorithms and new service launches
• Present new functionalities to the team every two weeks
• Improve testing, documentation and engineering processes
• Help onboard and mentor future developers

👤 Profile We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in .NET (backend focus) and some JavaScript frontend experience (React, Vue, Angular…)
• Comfortable working with microservices & Azure
• Structured, methodical and quality-driven mindset
• Used to testing thoroughly before delivery
• Able to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Product mindset & continuous improvement attitude
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Languages: French (professional level)

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Linear, etc.)
• UX sensitivity and experience with dashboards or data-driven tools
• Experience in the hospitality sector or in B2B solutions
