    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Hardware & Software) for a global Biotechnology company.

    The company designs, develops, produces, and distributes analytical solutions for 5 areas of biotechnology: clinical, veterinary, food and beverage, agricultural and bioprocess analysis.

    Main mission of the company is to contribute to improve health and well-being.

    We are seeking for someone who can thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, dynamic, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.


    You will be part of the I+D+i area, in the Automation team; focused on the development of the analyzers for the autoimmunity area- for the detection of diseases of the autoimmune system; with the purpose of the automation of the product.


    • Be involved in the development of new products or new functionalities for products in development.
    • Work with a multidisciplinary team (mechanical engineers, electronic engineers, software engineers, physicists, mathematicians; among others.
    • Work with different stakeholders to understand their technical needs - business development, customers and production.
    • Translate business requirements to software engineers, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers…
    • Be involved in the complete lifecycle of the product (requirements, resources, deadlines design, validations… until production).
    • Properly organize, plan, and prioritize different tasks, objectives, user stories, and goals
    • Manage changes in priorities and/or requirements in accordance with the customer, the team, and the development process.
    • Work with good practices and SCRUM methodology.
    • Innovate and develop new diagnostic systems in the field of autoimmune diseases.
    • Perform system validations for autoimmune analyzers and reagents.
    • Interpret validation results, identify errors, suggest necessary improvements, and reproduce incidents as needed.
    • Contribute to the standardization of processes and results in autoimmune systems.


    • Engineering degree.
    • Minimum 3 years of expertise in hardware and software engineering.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be valued.
    • Capacity for initiative / autonomy / resolution / out-of-the-box thinking.
    • Ability to train and transmit knowledge and experiences to others.
    • Ability to solve complex problems and search for root causes.
    • Availability to travel eventually (not more than 10-20% of the time)

    Good to have (not mandatory)

    • Experience in the field of research laboratory and/or clinical diagnosis using automatic processing instruments.
    • Knowledge of immunofluorescence and fluorescence microscopy.
