    We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist (SEM & SEO) for a multinational company; a digital platform for services and payments with +10,000 employees around the globe.

    We are seeking a creative and data-driven SEO SEM Specialist to join their growing team.

    As a SEO SEM Specialist, you will plan and execute strategies to improve online visibility, drive traffic to the website and generate new leads, as well as optimize their website and landing pages to ensure they perform well in search engine results.

    You will be responsible of lead generation campaigns. Working closely with other teams, agencies, and lead providers to ensure the acquisition of high volume and quality leads and maximize customer acquisition.

    We are looking for a data-driven focused approach to continuous feedback and improvement. Working closely with the sales team, you will continuously test and iterate on campaigns and tactics to optimize performance and achieve business goals.

    ✍️ Key responsibilities:

    • Plan, optimize and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels (Google ads, Bing ads and social media ads) to achieve new customer acquisition.
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies in collaboration with the agencies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings and generate sales qualified leads.
    • Identify customer acquisition and retention opportunities and develop new campaigns and programs to increase conversion and retention rates.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, market places, and lead providers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer support) to ensure messaging and campaigns are aligned with company goals and values
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO SEM metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data from various sources to identify areas of opportunity and develop data-driven SEO and SEM strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rate.
    • Create and manage regular reports on campaign performance and end to end lead follow up. Qualitative and quantitative analysis based on business results.
    • Manage and modify the website to improve the user experience. Create and maintain landing pages,

    👍Who we are looking for:

    • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
    • +4 years proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEA, social and SEO, among others)
    • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
    • Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Google tag manager, Data studio, etc)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with all levels of marketing and sales staff
    • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS software
    • Valuable Skillshop certifications, such as Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, Google Ads Apps, and Google Ads Measurement.
    • Languages required: Spanish is a must + English (B2)
