    We are looking for a Scrum Master for a health company oriented to medical devices that offers technologies for self-medication, addressed to pharma and biotech companies.

    The company contributes to improve people’s lives with their solutions, helping patients suffering from Diabetes, psoriasis, cancer and others.

    🎯 Mission

    You will be the dedicated Scrum master of one new team. You will have an interesting challenge, as you will need to train them as a Scrum team, implement all the rituals, values; and drive the team to high performance.

    The squad is focused on projects related to diabetes. There’s a library that interacts with devices that injects insulin, sends commands that inject the specifical milliliters of insulin and others.

    The team is composed by 1 iOS developer, 2 android developers and 1 architect and will be growing in the next months.

    ✍️ Your day to day responsibilities

    • Ensure good collaboration between the team and the rest of the organization
    • Help employees and stakeholders understand and install an empirical approach for complex work
    • Remove barriers and impediments in all the team's work and communication
    • Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
    • Support program level-process, planning and alignment activities
    • Promote learning and continuous improvement: Close collaboration and alignment with team leaders and project manager
    • Monitor and improve performance: Track and align the progress of teams and the organization, identifying areas of improvement, and providing feedback to drive growth and continuous improvement
    • Ensure effective communication: Encourage effective and transparent communication among team members and stakeholders and help them to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
    • Develop and maintain an agile culture: Promote an agile culture in the organization and work with company leaders to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
    • Identy and resolve issues: Identify obstacles that are hindering teams progress and help them to find solutions to overcome them
    • Find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
    • Provide ways for the Scrum Team to understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
    • Organize PI Planning: Organizational readiness- Strategic alignment and teams setup, Content readiness- Management and development preparedness; Logistics readiness- Considerations for running a successful event
    • Promote the good practices in agile software development within the team, and across different teams by participation in communities
    • Contribute to the Communities of Practices

    👍 Who we are looking for?

    • Minimum 2 years of experience working as Scrum Master as part of a software team
    • Proficient experience with Lean / Agile Frameworks (e.g Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
    • Ability to motivate and engage people
    • Knowledge of agile practices and techniques used in successful SW engineering teams
    • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
    • Positive, constructive and resolutive mindset
    • Conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

    Nice to have

    • Experience with applying Agile within regulated environments (ex. medical devices industry with documentation as part of the development lifecycle)
    • Experience working with a mobile team with SDK libraries (iOS & Android)
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or other task management tools
    • Experience with Miro, Concept Board or other remote collaboration tools
