    We are looking for a HR People Operations Specialist for a multinational company that keeps growing.

    As a HR People Operations Specialist working in the HR department, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and people processes, in order to guarantee a correct execution on time, form and resources.

    ✍️ Key responsibilities:

    • Coordination with the external provider and finances of the payroll process
    • Management of daily operations and administration; registrations, cancellations, changes, requests, benefits
    • Coordination with the external provider of labor relations
    • Works council management
    • Management of local and corporate tools; People Portal - Workday, Presence Tool - Kelio, Payroll Portal - Laborline, Flex Portal – Edenred
    • Data Quality; Ensure data quality and accuracy across all tools
    • Reporting; Monthly and quarterly HR KPIs, both local and corporate
    • Continuous Improvement; process improvement, digitization of procedures, implementation of Power BI for KPIs
    • New projects; participate and lead projects in the people area
    • Coordination of on-boarding activities and corresponding documentation

    Your main stakeholders will be:

    • People Staff
    • Company Committee
    • Finance / IT / General Services teams
    • Payroll, Legal, Administration Providers

    👍Who we are looking for:

    • You have +2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position + some previous experience as payroll specialist and you are used to work with data
    • You have experience working in multinational companies, preferably related to the Technology sector, APP, banking or working in a Startup
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Administration / RRLL / HR / Psychology / Business or similar
    • You have a high level of English and Spanish.
    • You are a team player, enjoy change management, you have good attention to details, good communication skills, and you are able to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization.
