OneTalent is recruiting a Global SAP SD Functional Consultant for the Corporate IT team of a leading international FMCG group with more than 7,000 employees across 30+ countries.

Reporting to the IT Commercial Manager, you will become part of an international team driving the evolution of Commercial applications and business processes across the Group.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help define how Commercial processes evolve across the Group while ensuring SAP remains a business enabler.

You will play a key role in one of the company's most strategic programmes, including the global ECC to SAP S/4HANA upgrade, Commercial IT harmonisation and the rollout of a new Customer Service operating model across multiple countries.

⚒️Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Functional SAP Consultant supporting global Commercial and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Understand end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, Customer Order Management, Order Fulfillment & Delivery, Billing & Invoicing and Receivables & Payment Collection.
• Partner with Business Units to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with Commercial stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business and IT.
• Coordinate external IT partners supporting Commercial applications and integrations.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Commercial Process Map.
• Support the Applications Management Service team in assessing, prioritising and designing solutions for incidents and change requests.
• Ensure critical Commercial processes such as monthly closing and intercompany operations run smoothly.
• Participate in global transformation initiatives including:
• SAP ECC → S/4HANA Upgrade
• Commercial Process Harmonisation
• Customer Service Transformation
• M&A Integrations
• Continuous Business Process Improvement

🚀Who we are looking for

Experience

• +5 years of experience as a Functional SAP Consultant within international environments.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments or participating in ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience with EDI and integration concepts.
• Good understanding of LE and MM is required.
• SAP certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to AI tools and concepts
• Fluent English.
