Description
We are looking for a Global IT & Processes Manager (Finance & HR) for the IT & Processes department of a multinational company with HQ in Barcelona and operating in +50 countries.
Mission:
Be responsible for coordinating and planning the Corporate hub (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal areas) requests, ensuring good levels of service and processes standardization across the countries.
Main tasks:
- Understand the processes supporting each of the Corporate subareas (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal)
- Coordinate the resources under his/her command
- Link with Business Units and Functional Area leaders
- Plan projects in the Back Ofice/ Corporate area
- Manage external IT partners supporting Back Office/ Corporate solutions and processes
- Support Controlling, Consolidation & Planning Processes implemented in SAP BPC
- Work in future projects with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP HANA
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAP BPC Solution and Controlling, Consolidation & Planning processes.
- Experience in Finance Consultancy
- Strong project management capacity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
- Strong documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English (French/German/Italian will be an asset)
- Desirable (not mandatory): Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP HANA
