Global IT Corporate Manager

    We are looking for a Global IT Corporate Manager for the IT & Processes department of a multinational company with HQ in Barcelona and operating in +50 countries.


    This is  a management role. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning the Corporate hub (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal areas) requests, ensuring good levels of service and processes standardization across the countries.

    Main tasks:

    • Understand the processes supporting each of the Corporate subareas (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal)
    • Coordinate the resources, deadlines, critical issues... under his/her command
    • Link with Business Units and Functional Area leaders
    • Plan projects in the Back Ofice/ Corporate area
    • Manage external IT partners supporting Back Office/ Corporate solutions and processes
    • Support Controlling, Consolidation & Planning Processes implementations
    • Work in projects with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA and SAP BPC; from a managerial point of view. The technical team will be working directly with the tools.


    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong experience in Budgeting, Controlling, Consolidation & Planning processes
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
    • Strong documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience with budgeting tools
