Global IT & Process Manager (Finance & HR)

    We are looking for a Global IT & Processes Manager (Finance & HR) for the IT & Processes department of a multinational company with HQ in Barcelona and operating in +50 countries.


    Be responsible for coordinating and planning the Corporate hub (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal areas) requests, ensuring good levels of service and processes standardization across the countries.

    Main tasks:

    • Understand the processes supporting each of the Corporate subareas (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal)
    • Coordinate the resources under his/her command
    • Link with Business Units and Functional Area leaders
    • Plan projects in the Back Ofice/ Corporate area
    • Manage external IT partners supporting Back Office/ Corporate solutions and processes
    • Support Controlling, Consolidation & Planning Processes implemented in SAP BPC
    • Work in future projects with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP HANA


    • Strong experience in SAP BPC Solution and Controlling, Consolidation & Planning processes.
    • Experience in Finance Consultancy
    • Strong project management capacity
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
    • Strong documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
    • Fluency in English (French/German/Italian will be an asset)
    • Desirable (not mandatory): Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP HANA
